Information according to article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation) – (relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and rules relating to the free movement of personal data)

This page describes the management arrangements of AlbumArte’s website, in relation to the processing of personal data of its users. The information are provided in accordance with the article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (below referred to as Privacy Code) for those who interact with the web services of AlbumArte, accessible electronically at https://www.albumarte.org. The information is provided only for this website and not for other website that may be consulted by the user via links.

The personal data voluntarily provided to the cultural association AlbumArte will be processed by the same association adopting the appropriate measures to ensure security and confidentiality, in compliance with the aforementioned law.

Data collection – Handling and methods of data processing
Personal data are used by AlbumArte data for the purpose of sending newsletter to which user subscribed, as well as to inform about initiatives, activities and other communications, via e-mail, in relation to new initiatives of the Association, and to comply with legal obligations, with mainly electronic and telematic methods, exclusively by our association and by those responsible for services connected to the above; data will not be communicated, or shared, or transferred abroad, and will be subjected to appropriate security procedures. 

They are processed for the aforementioned purposed by the persons in charge of data processing and information systems, the technical management of the website, the operation of creating and sending the newsletter. 

The handling of data includes, in compliance with the limits and conditions laid down on the article 11 of Leg. Decree no. 196/03, all operations, or complex of operations, indicated in article 4, paragraph 1, lett. a) of Leg. Decree 196/03, namely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. 

Duration of retention of personal data
The data will be processed for as long as necessary for the correct fulfillment of the stated purposes.
The processed data will not be communicated to other bodies, nor will they be shared.

Rights of the interested party
We inform that according to Eu Regulation 2016/679, users have the right to request AlbumArte at any time:

  1. The revocation of the previously given consent
  2. Access to personal data
  3. Their revision
  4. Data cancellation
  5. Limitation of the handling of data
  6. Opposition to their handling
  7. Request and obtain the portability of personal data

AlbumArte will be responsible of responding within 15 days from the request

The Association AlbumArte DOES NOT send spam. Each e-mail sent to users is created following an explicit request (by registration through the appropriate form).

Nature of the provision of data and consent to treatment

This privacy policy may undergo changes over time – also in relation to possible entry into force of new sector regulations, to the updating or provision of new services or to technological innovations – for which the user/visitor is invited to periodically consult this page.
